EATING PRACTICE (Current Portfolios) > Dinner for Twelve (2012)

This image is inspired by Isak Dinesen's (Karen Blixen's) short story (and Gabriel Axel's film) Babette's Feast. The story climaxes around a great feast. I have drawn from the scene of the cook, Babette, clearing the table after the meal. I've added a very subtle image of Christ from Da Vinci's last supper. This print was created for an artist's exchange portfolio called "Contemporary Navigators." This 2-sided print also folds up into the later sculpture.
