EATING PRACTICE (2000-present) > Balanced Tray

In Whopperjawed Meal the image of the woman is sourced from the opening scene in the film Big Night. The odd shape printed in blue is an original design that, when cut and folded, makes a cafeteria lunch tray with many kinds of starchy foods.

As a visiting artist at UNC Pembroke I worked with the printmaking students and professor Brandon Sanderson to print two colors with stone lithography on this print. These students also cut and folded several of the blank trays to create a small installation in the Art building foyer.

Thank you to the wonderful students, faculty, and staff at the UNC Pembroke!
